Connect Customer.io to Vibe to automatically sync your segments and retarget your customers on Connected TV. Use your existing Customer.io segments, behavioral triggers, and customer profiles to reach the right people with highly relevant ads on the big screen.

How to use
Once connected, you can select which Customer.io segments to sync with Vibe. Your segments automatically become targetable CTV audiences, updated daily.
- In Vibe, go to Custom Audiences and click New Audience → Customer.io.
- In Customer.io, go to Settings → Account Settings → API Credentials and create an App API Key.
- Paste your API key in Vibe, select your region (US or EU), and click Connect.
- Select the segments you want to sync and save.
- Synced audiences appear under Custom Audiences, ready for campaign targeting.
