Today, we are proud to announce that Vibe has successfully completed its first SOC 2 Type 2 audit.
This milestone provides independent assurance that the controls supporting the security of our platform were appropriately designed and operated effectively throughout the audit period.
SOC 2 is a widely recognized assurance framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a leading professional standard-setting body for the U.S. accounting and assurance profession. Independent licensed accounting firms use its criteria and auditing standards to evaluate and report on a company’s controls.
A SOC 2 Type 1 report evaluates the design of an organization’s controls at a specific point in time. A SOC 2 Type 2 report also evaluates whether those controls operated effectively throughout a defined review period.
For Vibe customers and partners, our SOC 2 Type 2 report provides greater transparency into the processes and controls we use to protect data and operate our platform securely.
Performance marketers increasingly rely on first-party data to run effective CTV campaigns. Uploading CRM lists, building custom audiences, and connecting measurement platforms all require advertisers to entrust sensitive information to their technology partners.
Our SOC 2 Type 2 report gives customers independent assurance in the controls and operational practices Vibe uses to protect that information.
The report can also reduce friction during security and vendor-review processes that often delay new partnerships. It gives security, compliance, and procurement teams independently assessed evidence of Vibe’s ability to support workflows involving first-party data, audience activation, measurement, and attribution.
Advertisers can focus on building their brands and driving business results with greater confidence that Vibe has the controls and processes in place to protect their data.
From day one, we set out to build a Connected TV advertising platform that businesses of every size could rely on, both to drive performance and protect their data.
At Vibe, security is not a one-time project or a box to check. It is an ongoing discipline reflected in how we design, operate, monitor, and improve our systems.
For our first SOC 2 examination, we pursued a Type 2 audit. This means our controls were evaluated not only for how they were designed, but also for how effectively they operated over a defined period.
Completing this audit marks an important milestone in demonstrating that the security controls supporting our CTV advertising platform operate consistently and effectively over time.
Our first SOC 2 Type 2 audit is not the end of our security and compliance journey. It establishes a foundation for the work ahead.
We will continue investing in our security program, strengthening our controls, and completing regular audit cycles as our platform and our customers needs evolve.
